This unit is desigend for a standard heavy bag hung from an 8' ceiling. It can be purchased in lengths ranging from 8 feet and up. An integrated braking mechanism even allows you to determine the speed at which the bag moves away.

It comes in standard Glossy Black. Unusual lenghs or color combinations are available at additional charge.
