Our mission at I.T.D. Systems is to provide a reliable and efficient personal defense system to the civilian, military, and law enforcement communities.  We strive for excellence in both our teaching and system development in order to provide a safe and viable teaching environment where anyone, regardless of age or experience, can learn and apply our skill set immediately.  

We have two convenient locations at which to train. One is located in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls, NY area, where Sifu Cliffe offers regular training groups. The other is located in scenic Central New York State's historic city of Utica, a short and engaging 3-hour drive from New York City. Accommodations and delicious dining experiences with local discounts packages reserved for our clients are readily available in each of these remarkable areas.  

I.T.D. Systems LLC, was founded by Stephen Cliffe after having worked in the personal protection and corporate security field for many years.  His personal experience in managing and training employees in large and small venue entertainment facilities, providing corporate protection services for airline travel, overseas ventures, and arranging for home defense for executives of key financial institutions along with two decades of training in personal combative systems has led to the formation of this entity.  

Our company is proud of its ethical application of defensive technologies in a manner that is consistent with our faith-based belief system.   We believe in supporting our community and those in it.  We are Honorary Members of the New York State Sheriffs' Association, members of the American Women's Self-Defense Association, members of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Citizens Coalition for the Right to Keep And Bear Arms, and the National Rifle Association.
